9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phdream222 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any phdream222 content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

11 Suspension and Termination

phdream222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Inactivity of the account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

12 Amendments to These Terms
